1. Using the service
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this digital product store ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, funding a wallet or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you cannot legally enter into a purchase agreement, a parent or guardian should assist you.
2. Accounts and security

4. Prices, orders and delivery

When stock is available, digital delivery normally occurs through your order history after a completed purchase. If delivery is delayed, incomplete or incorrect, contact support with your order details. We may correct obvious listing or pricing mistakes and will address any related payment fairly.
5. Wallet funding and Paga verification
Follow the displayed payment instructions and transfer the exact amount requested. For Paga wallet funding, submit the Session ID / External Reference associated with the deposit. We match the submitted details against payment notifications received by the store operator. One reference may be used for one successful verification only. Duplicate, missing, incorrect or already-claimed references cannot be used again.
Payment notifications can arrive late, and notification-based matching does not independently prove that the claimant owns the transfer. We may delay or manually review disputed, suspicious or unmatched payments. Wallet credits are store credit for purchases on this website; they are not bank deposits, and cash withdrawals are not offered unless a separate approved process is explicitly provided.
6. Refunds and product issues
Because digital credentials and activation codes can be used immediately after delivery, we may be unable to accept a change-of-mind return after delivery or access. However, if the supplied product is invalid, not delivered, materially different from its listing or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law, please contact support promptly. We will review available evidence and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, wallet credit or refund where required or agreed. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you cannot legally waive.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the website for fraud, stolen payment references, unauthorized transactions, account sharing that violates product rules, attempts to bypass checkout controls, automated attacks or other unlawful activity. We may block abusive activity, preserve relevant records and seek appropriate remedies.
8. Third-party services
Products or payment methods may involve third-party brands and platforms with their own rules, service availability and restrictions. We are not responsible for changes controlled entirely by a third party, but we remain responsible for the commitments we make in our own product listings and for remedies required by law.
